1 – General
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all products and services purchased through WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH. This includes delivery.
The order becomes binding for the buyer upon final submission. By placing the order, the GTC are deemed accepted.
The buyer's general terms and conditions of purchase are hereby expressly rejected.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. This contract is governed by Swiss law.

WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH excludes all liability for the products sold and delivered to the extent permitted by law.
All products are unsuitable for children under 3 years of age.
The offer from WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is exclusively directed at customers with a residence or business address in Switzerland (CHE) and Liechtenstein. Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in the aforementioned countries.
Generally, our entire product range in the shop is available from our Zurich warehouse (excluding any stock shortages).
The product information on WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH (photos, illustrations, dimensions, weights, etc.) is to be understood as approximate values only. This information is generally obtained directly from the manufacturers. Therefore, no liability can be assumed, in particular for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the product information. WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH always strives to provide accurate product information.
WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH reserves the right to change prices and product range at any time.
3 – Prices
The applicable prices are those published on WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
4 – Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
5 – Delivery
Your order will be carefully packaged. Delivery is made from our warehouse in Zurich via Swiss Post.
Products are generally shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Dates and delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Any indication of specific delivery times and dates by WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is subject to correct and timely delivery by suppliers and manufacturers.
WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is entitled to make partial deliveries.
6 – Shipping costs
The shipping costs are listed in the order.
7 – Transfer of Risk
Delivery is at the recipient's risk.
The goods must be inspected immediately upon arrival for correctness, completeness, and integrity. Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately, and no later than two calendar days after receipt of the goods.
The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. If shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH, the risk passes to the buyer upon notification of readiness for shipment.
Visible quantity discrepancies must be reported to the carrier in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Concealed quantity discrepancies must be reported to WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Any other complaints must also be reported immediately.
8 – Payment Terms
For payments via Twint, PostFinance Card, or credit card, the amount will be debited upon ordering.
For advance payments (bank transfer or deposit slip), delivery will only take place after receipt of payment.
A payment is only considered complete when WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH has received the funds.
9 – Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH until full payment has been received.
In the event of late payment, WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is entitled to charge default interest at the prevailing bank rate in addition to reminder fees.
During the period of default, WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is also entitled at any time to withdraw from the contract, demand the return of the delivered goods, and claim damages for breach of contract.
All claims become due immediately if the customer defaults on payment, culpably fails to comply with other material obligations under the contract, or if WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH becomes aware of circumstances that could impair the customer's creditworthiness, in particular, suspension of payments, the pendency of composition or bankruptcy proceedings.
In these cases, WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is entitled to withhold any outstanding deliveries or to execute them only against prepayment or provision of security.
WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH reserves the right to demand prepayment or payment by credit card.
Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, negligence in the formation of the contract, and tort are excluded against both WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH and our agents or subcontractors, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
All liability for consequential damages resulting from the use of the products is excluded.
10 – Returns
Returns of items from WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH are generally not possible. This allows us to offer consistently low prices without an exchange fee.
For returns of defective products, WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH requires that the defective product, along with a complete and detailed description of the defect, be returned to WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH, Heinrichstrasse 225, 8005 Zurich, within a maximum of 3-4 days.
A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be included with all returns.
Products that we procure at the customer's request are excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered by WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH.
11 – Liability
WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH excludes all liability for the products sold and delivered to the extent permitted by law.
WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided in the online shop.

13 – Data Protection & Data Retention

No permanent customer accounts are created. Orders are placed exclusively as guests. The data entered by the customer is used only for processing the order, delivery, and invoicing.
Due to legal requirements (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations), WUN GMBH – CHIHUAHUASHOP.CH is obligated to retain business records and accounting documents (including invoices, order confirmations, and the transaction data contained therein) for at least 10 years.
